Separate transport comfort from event access
A First Class vehicle request concerns your road journey. It does not confer access to restricted entrances or event areas. If the schedule changes, obtain an updated arrangement instead of assuming the vehicle remains available indefinitely.
Write a brief that separates the guest from the organiser
Name the travelling guest and the person authorised to coordinate the booking. Provide a phone contact reachable during the airport handover, especially when an assistant works in another time zone. If updates should reach both people, say so explicitly. Share the flight, baggage and practical meeting details without forwarding confidential business documents that the driver does not need.
If a name sign or another specific greeting is requested, agree suitable wording and confirm the arrangement. Explain any important boarding need or unusual presentation case in factual terms. A business title alone does not tell dispatch what assistance, equipment space or communication the passenger requires.
Leave a useful interval before the first appointment
Decide whether the guest needs to change, store luggage or prepare before arriving at the venue. Put the resulting hotel or office stop into the transport request. If the meeting is the first destination, ask the host who receives the passenger and what happens to any cases brought from the airport.
For the direct Zurich Airport or Zurich city–Davos route, the published S-Class base fare is CHF 780 one way per vehicle. Retaining a chauffeur for later movements is a separate service to review. Keep the next journey visible in the diary instead of assuming it is included in the airport arrival.
