Arriving in Serneus
For Serneus, state the full address even when the property is promoted as part of the Klosters area. Ask whether the accommodation has an obvious reception or a private check-in arrangement. If you are arriving late, complete the key-collection discussion with the host before flying so your airport transfer ends at a prepared destination.
One detail worth arranging before arrival
For a private rental, ask whether the entrance is visibly numbered and whether the host wants a call shortly before arrival. Pass on only the practical instruction needed for the transfer. A property nickname may not identify the correct building.
Make the airport meeting straightforward
Keep the written pickup instructions and your lead traveller’s phone number available after landing. Collect the whole party and all checked bags before moving to the agreed meeting point. If bags are delayed or your flight is changed, contact Airportcab so the pickup can be reviewed. Avoid agreeing a tight onward appointment from the scheduled landing time alone; airport formalities and the road journey both need room.
Plan a vehicle around the complete luggage list
Seat count is only one part of a transfer request. Tell the team how many cases, backpacks and long sports bags you are bringing, including equipment packed outside suitcases. If you need a child seat or help with boarding, describe the requirement before confirming. For multiple households, ask one person to collect the full luggage list so the vehicle is selected for the entire party.
Your quote and written confirmation
Request the route with the date, pickup time, party size and complete addresses. Include extra stops and any waiting you would like the team to consider. Airportcab reviews availability and provides the fare and journey arrangements in writing. The enquiry itself is not a confirmed reservation. Keep the final confirmation, and check that both legs are described correctly if you have asked for a return.
Questions about this journey
Can I request the journey back to Zurich Airport too?
Yes. Add your return details to the request and check the pickup address and flight information for that leg. Each journey is reviewed and confirmed separately within the written arrangements.
Is there a fixed price in this guide?
The direct Zurich Airport or Zurich city to Davos fare is CHF 420 Economy, CHF 550 Van or E-Class, and CHF 780 S-Class, one way per vehicle. Other destinations, extra stops and other airport routes follow the applicable tariff or a personal quote. Check the exact journey before confirming.
