Arriving in Lenzerheide
For Lenzerheide, send the accommodation's full street address and any arrival note from your host. If you want a ski-equipment stop before reaching the property, list it in the request. Packing skis, boots and everyday luggage as separate items helps the team assess the vehicle; a passenger count alone cannot describe a winter holiday load.
One detail worth arranging before arrival
If you rent equipment, ask whether it must be collected personally or can be arranged through accommodation. This determines whether the airport itinerary needs a rental stop. Include the address and expected duration if you want the vehicle to wait.
Before your flight lands
Send the arrival date, flight number and a mobile number you can use in Switzerland. A scheduled landing time is only the start of the airport arrival: passport checks, baggage collection and customs can affect when you are ready. Agree the meeting instructions with Airportcab in advance, and contact the team if your flight or luggage situation changes. Waiting arrangements should be stated in your confirmation.
Choose space for people and equipment
Count every adult and child, then list large suitcases, cabin bags and oversized items separately. A ski bag, folded stroller or mobility aid may take space that a standard suitcase allowance does not describe. Request child seating with ages and weights. Sedan, van and minibus options can be discussed, but the team confirms the suitable vehicle after reviewing your exact passenger and luggage combination.
Your quote and written confirmation
Request the route with the date, pickup time, party size and complete addresses. Include extra stops and any waiting you would like the team to consider. Airportcab reviews availability and provides the fare and journey arrangements in writing. The enquiry itself is not a confirmed reservation. Keep the final confirmation, and check that both legs are described correctly if you have asked for a return.
Questions about this journey
Can I request the journey back to Zurich Airport too?
Yes. Add your return details to the request and check the pickup address and flight information for that leg. Each journey is reviewed and confirmed separately within the written arrangements.
Is there a fixed price in this guide?
The direct Zurich Airport or Zurich city to Davos fare is CHF 420 Economy, CHF 550 Van or E-Class, and CHF 780 S-Class, one way per vehicle. Other destinations, extra stops and other airport routes follow the applicable tariff or a personal quote. Check the exact journey before confirming.
