Arriving in Davos Platz
A transfer to Davos Platz may be for a holiday, a conference or a short business visit. Separate the accommodation address from any venue where you need to appear later. If you want to go directly to a meeting, ask the organiser about permitted vehicle access and luggage storage. Event access rules are controlled by the venue, not by the transfer booking.
One detail worth arranging before arrival
For conference travel, keep the venue organiser's access message alongside your transfer confirmation. Accreditation, security checks and access to a particular entrance are separate from arranging a car; share the permitted drop-off point without sending unnecessary personal documents.
Coordinate everyone travelling with you
For travellers arriving on more than one flight, share every arrival and choose one group contact. Decide whether to wait for the final person or request separate vehicles. Give the team the full destination before travel and keep your confirmation accessible offline. A later flight or a baggage delay can change the meeting plan, so communicate the change rather than assuming an unlimited wait is included.
Make the luggage handover easier
Label bags when several travellers share a vehicle, and keep passports, medication and essentials in a small personal bag. Declare large sporting equipment, strollers and any mobility aids before the vehicle is agreed. If the return journey has more luggage than the arrival, update the request. Passenger capacity and luggage capacity must both suit your party; a larger vehicle is confirmed individually, not assumed from a photograph.
Your quote and written confirmation
Request the route with the date, pickup time, party size and complete addresses. Include extra stops and any waiting you would like the team to consider. Airportcab reviews availability and provides the fare and journey arrangements in writing. The enquiry itself is not a confirmed reservation. Keep the final confirmation, and check that both legs are described correctly if you have asked for a return.
Questions about this journey
Can I request the journey back to Zurich Airport too?
Yes. Add your return details to the request and check the pickup address and flight information for that leg. Each journey is reviewed and confirmed separately within the written arrangements.
Is there a fixed price in this guide?
The direct Zurich Airport or Zurich city to Davos fare is CHF 420 Economy, CHF 550 Van or E-Class, and CHF 780 S-Class, one way per vehicle. Other destinations, extra stops and other airport routes follow the applicable tariff or a personal quote. Check the exact journey before confirming.
