Leaving Schatzalp connection
For the journey from Schatzalp to Zurich Airport, arrange the descent before the road pickup. Agree a meeting point in Davos and confirm the first suitable onward service or your hotel's transfer arrangement. The airport plan needs time for both stages, including luggage handling. A very early flight may call for a different overnight or departure plan.
Before your airport pickup
Check the descent arrangements the day before travel, particularly if the flight requires leaving early. The road pickup should be timed after you and your bags can reach Davos. If the connection cannot support the schedule, revise the plan before departure day.
Work backwards from your airport arrival
Start with the airport arrival time your airline recommends for your particular flight, baggage and check-in requirements. Add the road journey, loading time and an appropriate margin for traffic or weather, then agree the collection with Airportcab. A route estimate is not an arrival guarantee. Check your flight details again before travel, and tell the team promptly if the departure schedule changes.
Plan a vehicle around the complete luggage list
Seat count is only one part of a transfer request. Tell the team how many cases, backpacks and long sports bags you are bringing, including equipment packed outside suitcases. If you need a child seat or help with boarding, describe the requirement before confirming. For multiple households, ask one person to collect the full luggage list so the vehicle is selected for the entire party.
Confirm the road leg and the onward connection
Confirm the precise road-accessible meeting point before accepting the offer. Any train, cable-car or hotel shuttle stage needs its own timetable, ticket and luggage plan unless your written offer expressly includes it. Send the team the final accommodation name as well as the agreed interchange. Availability, vehicle, fare and waiting arrangements are reviewed individually; submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation.
Questions about this journey
Can I change the pickup address after requesting?
Contact Airportcab with the new full address before travel. A change may affect the route, access, timing or fare; wait for the revised arrangement to be confirmed.
Does the airport car reach the final accommodation?
Only the agreed road-accessible endpoint is covered by the car leg. Confirm any onward rail, cable-car or local hotel transfer separately.
