Leaving Klosters
Plan a Klosters departure around both the flight and the handover of your accommodation. If the chalet host needs an inspection or a key return, finish it before the agreed collection. Tell the team if skis are being returned locally first. A stop for equipment is part of the itinerary, even when it seems close to the pickup.
Before your airport pickup
If two households are sharing the return, confirm both flight numbers and baggage requirements. The earliest airport-arrival requirement should guide the discussion, rather than averaging the flight times or assuming that everyone needs the same check-in margin.
Work backwards from your airport arrival
Start with the airport arrival time your airline recommends for your particular flight, baggage and check-in requirements. Add the road journey, loading time and an appropriate margin for traffic or weather, then agree the collection with Airportcab. A route estimate is not an arrival guarantee. Check your flight details again before travel, and tell the team promptly if the departure schedule changes.
Plan a vehicle around the complete luggage list
Seat count is only one part of a transfer request. Tell the team how many cases, backpacks and long sports bags you are bringing, including equipment packed outside suitcases. If you need a child seat or help with boarding, describe the requirement before confirming. For multiple households, ask one person to collect the full luggage list so the vehicle is selected for the entire party.
Your quote and written confirmation
Request the route with the date, pickup time, party size and complete addresses. Include extra stops and any waiting you would like the team to consider. Airportcab reviews availability and provides the fare and journey arrangements in writing. The enquiry itself is not a confirmed reservation. Keep the final confirmation, and check that both legs are described correctly if you have asked for a return.
