Leaving Davos Dorf
Guests leaving Davos Dorf sometimes need to collect stored sports equipment before travelling. Settle this with the hotel the evening before and include every bag in the vehicle request. If another member of the group is staying in Davos Platz, provide both addresses and the preferred collection order so the airport pickup plan covers the whole party.
Before your airport pickup
Before collection, check the ski-storage room as well as the bedrooms. Boot bags and long ski cases are easy to leave out of an initial luggage count; tell the team about them before the selected vehicle arrives.
Prepare the evening before departure
Complete online check-in where available, organise travel documents and pack the bags before an early collection. Confirm checkout and any key-return instructions with your accommodation. Give Airportcab the flight details as well as your preferred pickup time so the plan can be reviewed against airport requirements. Be ready at the agreed entrance; time spent finding missing bags reduces the margin available for the road journey.
Make the luggage handover easier
Label bags when several travellers share a vehicle, and keep passports, medication and essentials in a small personal bag. Declare large sporting equipment, strollers and any mobility aids before the vehicle is agreed. If the return journey has more luggage than the arrival, update the request. Passenger capacity and luggage capacity must both suit your party; a larger vehicle is confirmed individually, not assumed from a photograph.
Your quote and written confirmation
Request the route with the date, pickup time, party size and complete addresses. Include extra stops and any waiting you would like the team to consider. Airportcab reviews availability and provides the fare and journey arrangements in writing. The enquiry itself is not a confirmed reservation. Keep the final confirmation, and check that both legs are described correctly if you have asked for a return.
